Refund and cancellation policy
The Direct Web Edition is digital content delivered to your account after verified payment. This policy is intended to be clear before you purchase.

Before payment
You can read the free sample before deciding. You may leave the checkout at any time before completing payment; no cancellation request is needed.
After digital access is delivered
Because personal digital access is normally supplied immediately, a change of mind after successful delivery is generally not refundable. This does not affect any refund or remedy required by applicable law.
When we will review a refund
Please contact us if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, payment succeeded but access was not delivered, the purchased edition was materially unavailable, or a payment was unauthorised. Send the account email, payment reference and a short description—never send a PIN, OTP or complete card or bank credentials.
Time and method
Please report a problem promptly, preferably within seven days of payment. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method. Bank or payment-network processing time is outside our control and may vary.
Access after refund
If a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, the related book entitlement may be withdrawn. A genuine technical issue will first be investigated so that access can be restored where appropriate.
