Purchase and access terms
These terms apply to the ₹199 Direct Web Edition of Dialogue with Self — Life Nurtured purchased from dialoguewithravi.com.
Effective 18 September 2026
1. What you purchase
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to read the complete book through the Dialogue with Ravi browser reader. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the text.
2. Account and access
You must use your own account and provide accurate information. Access is for one reader and must not be sold, shared, forwarded, sublicensed or made available to another person. You are responsible for keeping access codes and sign-in links private.
3. No downloadable edition
The Direct Web Edition is supplied for reading inside the website. A PDF, EPUB or other downloadable book file is not included. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, republish, record or systematically capture the book, or attempt to bypass its access controls.
4. Payment and delivery
The displayed price is ₹199 unless the checkout clearly shows a different price before payment. Access is granted only after the payment provider confirms payment. Payment information is handled by the payment provider; Dialogue with Ravi does not ask you to send card, UPI PIN, bank password or OTP details.
5. Availability and responsible use
Reasonable maintenance, security checks or circumstances outside our control may temporarily interrupt access. We may restrict access where there is credible evidence of fraud, unlawful use, account sharing or attempts to extract the book. We will review genuine access problems fairly.
6. Intellectual property
The book, reader presentation, title treatment and associated original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms remain with the author or respective rights holder.
7. General
These terms operate together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Digital Delivery Policy. Nothing in them limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
