Participant Agreement and Booking Terms

A clear understanding before we begin.

Dialogue with Ravi is an honest companion conversation with Ravi Kumar Battaram. These terms protect the clarity, dignity and voluntary nature of that conversation.

1. Nature of the Dialogue

The Dialogue offers attentive listening, emotional presence, honest reflection and perspectives shaped by Ravi’s lived experience. It is a personal conversation. It is not psychotherapy, psychological counselling, medical or psychiatric care, crisis intervention, professional life coaching, religious instruction, or legal, financial, nutritional or other regulated professional advice.

2. No promised outcome

Ravi does not promise that the Dialogue will meet a participant’s pre-expectations, solve a problem, change another person, produce a particular decision or deliver any assured result. The value and effect of a conversation differ from person to person.

3. Participant responsibility

The participant remains responsible for all personal choices, decisions, actions and consequences. Any reflection offered by Ravi should be considered as a personal perspective, not an instruction or professional recommendation.

4. Health, safety and emergencies

The Dialogue is not suitable for emergencies or immediate risks involving self-harm, harm to another person, abuse, severe mental distress or an urgent medical condition. In such circumstances, the participant should contact local emergency services or an appropriately qualified professional. Health, exercise, meditation, diet or nutrition matters should be discussed with an appropriate clinician where individual safety or a medical condition is involved.

5. Privacy and respectful conduct

Ravi will treat the conversation and personal information with dignity and discretion. The Dialogue will not be recorded, published or quoted without prior consent, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary in response to an immediate and serious safety concern. Both Ravi and the participant may end a conversation if conduct becomes abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful or inappropriate.

6. Booking, fee and confirmation

The listed fee covers one 60-minute Dialogue. Sending a request or making payment does not by itself confirm an appointment. The booking is confirmed only after Ravi acknowledges the payment and mutually agreed time by email. Any change, cancellation or rescheduling arrangement must be agreed directly by email before the appointment.

7. Voluntary participation and acceptance

Participation is voluntary. By ticking the acceptance boxes and sending a booking request, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and are choosing to participate without any promise of a particular outcome.
